Fresh Air Screen

Troges Fresh air screens serve as displacement diffusers and are certified for usage in commercial kitchens and other food processing industry. A highly effective ventilation and a cooler, pollutant-free area is created by introducing air with air screens. Negative effects on the staff such as air drafts are thereby drastically reduced. Since a constant temperature level over the whole height of the kitchen room is not desirable, and since heat loads and pollutants, which should be extracted as quickly as possible and in unmixed form from the staff area, are constantly being released, the use of displacement diffusers is certainly the most technically developed and modern form of supply air conduction. The system complies with Standard H6030 Item D.6. We also supply standard supply-air screens for other areas of application.
