Roof fans Type: RF

RF – vertically blowing out roof ventilating fans with radial impeller and backward stooped blades of aluminium are suited for exhaust air uses and the transport by pure air. The promoted air must freely be from aggressive chemicals which could damage zinc, aluminium or plastic.

The assembly is possible on level roofs as well as on sloping roofs.
Company, transport and storage only in horizontal position (suction opening below)

maximum surroundings temperatures:-30 °C to +40°C
maximum temperature of the promoted air: +40°C (400V), or +60°C (230V)

Aerial amounts: 300 m3 / h up to 14,000 m3 / h

Case: The external case of the ventilating fans RF is made out of aluminium metal resistant to weather. The types RF 100 / … are made out of increasingly powder-coated steel metal. The disguising is slightly that can be taken apart for service purposes or cleaning, and all ventilating fans have water expiries which a quick drainage guarantee.

Engines: ball-stored long-term-smeared engines guarantee an accordingly long life span of approx. 20,000 (3-phase engines) or 40.000 company hours (einphasige engines) without servicing.

The following engine types come to the use:

AC 1x230V / 50 hertz: Outside runner\'s engines with approach condenser protective kind IP 54 – selfback-putting thermo contacts in the engine winding.
AC 3x400V / 230 V 50 hertz (Y/D): Norm engines with flange – protective kind IP 55 – Outwardly controlled thermo contacts – isolation class FOLLOWING a suitable external engine guard is absolutely to be connected, otherwise any guarantee goes out.
All ventilating fans, with the exception of the types RF 40/. and 56/31-4E RF are equipped with outwardly controlled thermo contacts.

Regulation of the ventilating fans (Accordingly of the technical documents):

Einphasige ventilating fans: Infinitely variable regulation with Thyristorsteller of from 0 to 100% - for the small ventilating fans (RF 40/... and 56/31-4E RF) with integrated thermo contact or with transformer speed plate 5 steps for the types RF 56/35-4E and 56/40-4E RF.

3-phase ventilating fans: Regulation with frequency converter
